It's another one of these architectural phenomena that enchants and enthrals designers.
Why?
Perhaps it's because the structures are so pleasingly embedded into their natural landscape?
They're incredibly responsive to what's happening in that place, with that particular rock. The innate qualities of the natural landscape are embraced as an opportunity, rather than bulldozed away.
So, could we enhance our projects by embracing features that we see as obstacles and transform them into opportunities?
